A: There are two ways to get to Shell Island. You can either travel by boat, or on a jet ski. Traveling on the St. Andrews Shuttle can take you to Shell Island at $24.95 if you are 13 or older. Children aged 2-12 pay $17.95, while infants 0-1 years of age get free. A number of places allow you to rent a jetski or pontoonboat.
